Overview
Dongguan Conrad Hi-Tech Park was established in 1997.
The Park is a joint venture company between:
Foreign Economic Development Corporation of Changan (wholly owned by Changan
Government)
SFI Investment Ltd. (Hong Kong Co.)
Layout of Conrad Hi-Tech Park
The Park occupies total of 500,000 square meters.
Phase 1: 270,000 square meters
Phase 2: 120,000 square meters
Phase 3: 200,000 square meters
 
Management Services
The Park provides integrated management services to clients, such
as dormitory management, property repair and maintenance, landscaping,
security, fire prevention, etc.
   
Facilities and Amenities
The Park also provides many facilities and amenities, such as
canteen, restaurants, mini-bank, post office, clinic, supermarket, library, training
center, table tennis, basketball playground, tennis court, mini-cinema,
